BETA TESTING NOTES

This is a beta release of top version 3.5. Please return your
comments to wnl@groupsys.com as soon as possible.

NOTE: I now prefer mail to be sent to me at "wnl@groupsys.com". The
Argonne address still works, but I am in the process of setting up my
own site and would like to do as much from there as I can.

While testing out this beta version of top 3.5, please pay careful
attention to the following items:

I have added, on an experimental basis, the module hpux1010. This
module is a rewrite of hpux10 that uses pstat for obtaining
information about processes. This eliminates the need to use struct
proc or struct user, thus making it usable on HP/UX 10.10. I have
also made a few other changes. Specifically I no longer subtract out
the "zero bias" for priority and nice: these are now presented in
exactly the same way that HP's "ps" presents them.

Please test the hpux1010 module on ALL releases of HP/UX 10. I want
to replace the hpux10 module with this one, but I first need to know
that it works on 10.1 and other revisions that predate 10.10. I
imagine that hpux1010 will continue to work on 10.20, and I will
verify that as soon as the HP/UX machine I'm using gets upgraded.

I fixed a bug in display.c that was affecting the CPU states line.

These problems have been reported and remain unresolved:

Digital Unix 4.0 never reports idle processes.
(I think I know what causes this, but I don't have a machine
on which I can prove it)

New modules added since 3.4: irix62 hpux1010
Please test out these new modules if you can!

Order support (for -o) has been added to sunos4mp. Please test this out.

Modules supporting -o: aix32, aix41, sunos4, sunos4mp, sunos5, sunos54.

NOTE: there is no longer a "sunos55" module. Use "sunos54" instead.
It works: honest!

I would like every module tested it at all possible. Please report
back to me what module and OS versions work for you. Here is a
