It is progressing nicely.

The current version is at:

cs.nyu.edu:/pub/gnat

Note:  You must have a Sun or OS/2 to build these sources.  Efforts
are under way to port to different systems, and a cross-compile to a
new platform is supposed to be "trivial", according to the people at
NYU.
