Does   anyone   in   the  Wolverhampton  area,  or   the   Newton
Abbot(Devon area) have any addresses of "good" kite retailers,  i
apologise if this gets worldwide distribution!

In the Midlands, try Cannock kites, Bridgetown, Cannock but in Devon,
I can recommend Flight Fantastic. Alan of FF produces a small range of
high quality kites but also undertakes commissions. His design and applique
work is some of the best I've seen.
