In Quebec, we actually have 6 activities planned:

February, 4-5      Kite festival on Milles-Iles river, at Deux-Montagnes (30
                   minuts north of Montreal)

February, 25-26    Kokkaku fighting at Venise en Quebec (1 hour West of 
                   Montreal).  $2,000 (can) in prizes.

March, 4-6         Traction Kite on skis at St-Fulgence (5 hours North-East
                   of Montreal).  20 and 40 kilometers rides on programm...

March, 18-19       Pohenegamook (5 hours East of Montreal).  Free flying.

June, 1-4          Rendez-vous Mondial du cerf-Volant of Verdun (4.5 minutes
                   South of Montreal...) International kite festival.
