Don't waste too much time; the bombs will explode on schedule, whether you get out of the building in time or not.

When you examine the pipes, Zarathrusta will also point out the kitten. After that, you have about ten moves before the kitten falls in the nitroglycerine and kills you.

At this point, I'm not sure what to do. If you take the ball, you'll die the following turn:

Or you can go back and talk to Roy again. Rowena leaves, and he defuses the bomb. Which is better, but you still die:
>e. s. talk to Roy.
There may be a third ending, where you leave the building in tears and let Roy and Rowena blow up. If so, I haven't found it yet.
