Our programs around Christmas and the New year, will also include a special three-part program on the *Beat Generation* featuring original music and interviews on that very special movement dating back to 1950-70, as well as a lot of old time US radio comedy classic, featuring George Carlin, Red Skelton, Rodney Dangerfield, Hudson and Landry, Jack Benny, Abbot & Costello, Arch Oboler, and others. All that will be broadcasted during our week-day transmissions from 07-22 CET (06-21 UTC), between Dec. 20, 1993 and Jan. 2, 1994, on 7125 kHz Shortwave. On Dec. 24 and Dec 31, our very long transmissions will be continue after 21 UTC, and then until signoff on the following day at 21 UTC. So there might be also a good chance for our distant listeners to catch some of these programmes during the night, since we discontinued our 02-03 UTC transmission recently. United Nations and UNESCO radio programmes will be heard at the usually scheduled times during these two weeks. Our schedule will remain unchanged during Saturday and Sunday operations, for all religious programmes.
