The file sndtool.zip contains the latest version
of my SoundTool (version 2.1 of September, 22nd 1991).
There were some bug fixes and the interface to I/O cards has
been rewritten. There are some more sound formats which can
be read and written. DDE can be used to record or play samples.

Includes new The Help File is The Manual (THFITM) technology :-)

This file replaces the older archive of the same name which
is located at cica (I believe in util/sounds or misc/sounds ?).

SoundTool is ShareWare ($15), registered users will receive
additional libraries which support background I/O on the
Sound Blaster board from Creative Labs.
