I'll be in Washington D.C. this weekend for a National Science
Foundation meeting that starts Monday. I have all day free on Sunday.
After checking out the Smithsonian and/or Museum of Natual History, I
plan on hauling my Synergy Deca out to the mall, laws and weather
permitting. Will any rec.kiters be there?

Cheers, George

I don't normally fly there but could meet you there with some kites.
Send EMail or post something. Wings over Washington can be found
there most weekends, even though this isn't their normal weekend to
fly there.

Well, I'm rather new to rec.kites, but I fly at the washington monumnet
almost every weekend. So, weather permitting, yes I'll be there most of
Sunday afternoon. Most of us fly near the base of the monument. This
time of year there's usually someone there flying from about 10/11am til
dark.
