Sorry, this was a typo on my part. Not meant to be directed toward the 
character of the club or any member of the club.

I just wish that the people who influence kiting could address the issue 
rather than critize the complaintant. I think that would quell the 
flames. I just ask a question. I don't get any answers, just more 
ammuniation for flames.

It personally makes me sick that certain individuals have taken it upon 
themselves to respond to the flames and not the issues. I think any 
responsible intelligent logical person can see that the tactic is to 
argue some adhoc defence of ones personality rather than address the 
issue.

There have been posts which have addressed the issue and I have 
responded in a very tactful manner. But for those mindless, clueless, 
lost individuals who insist on playing the flame game with me, TOUCHE!!!

I would only like to get to the answers. What is the new ranking system? 
Has it been tested? What was the outcome? Can the results be posted? 
What is the formula Darrin Skinner is working on? Is there a formula? 
How will the AKA determine who will compete at the convention? Where is 
the letter the AKA sent to the Olympic Committee? What about the 
communication between the USTA and the AKA? Why is this information not 
presented in some form to the members?

I think, if I were to receive correspondence from the Olympic Committee, 
regarding a sport which I am "president" of I would want to post the 
information so that I could get comments from members or potential 
members. My concern is that, over the past four years, dgombug's 
administration of Sport Kite personnel have not been consistant and have 
also utilized a system which is unfair to the membership.

As an individual who doesn't compete I can really see how that is trying 
to reinforce my own ego. The Board has admitted that every year. And 
every year dgombug's morphing administration insisted on making more 
changes which were still inconsistant and unfair. This is not name 
calling this is a fact. So don't address how good of a person dgombug 
is.

I think I should mention something, about a year ago when dgombug was 
depressed again, he called Richard Dermer and told him he wasn't going 
to run for AKA president again. He felt frustrated with the fact that he 
couldn't keep everyone satified. At the time I only frustrated dgombug 
in private mail. When I heard the news, I called dgombug and sincerly 
told him that I thought he was doing as good a job as he could. I still 
reserved the right to critize the ranking system because that is an 
issue which I am very close to.

He thanked me. I'm not saying that this is the reason he decided to run 
again I'm just saying that the issue BILLY BOYS is the ranking system 
and the rules, not the defense of your "FRIENDS". This is why I love to 
flame. Because if you address the issue by defending an individuals 
character then you must be a very lonely person.

Get a life.
