Hello

I am looking for an unusual kite to make for a 
school project.

This is for a third grade class so it needs to be fairly simple.

If you have any suggestions on where to find the plans I
would appreciate it.

This is where I would start first. How about the "Bullet Kite" in the
first book?

basics. Great books. 
Beginner or expert, there are plans here you will want to try. COMPLETE
instructions for plastic 
and cloth kites. Instructions for workshops and classrooms.
