The following two Latin American stations have reactivated after 
a long period of time off shortwave.  

BRAZIL: Radio Bare 4895 0946-1012 9/11 w/ Braz tropical mx, OM ID 
at 0959, ads, into nx. Fair signal.

ECUADOR: Radio Bahai 4950 0937-0946 9/11 w/ Man talking in 
Quechua & some real back-country Ecuadorian folk music. ID and 
time check.  The time anmt used Spanish numbers (as is common in 
Indian language broadcasts in LAm stations), but otherwise no 
Spanish. Good signal.
