This directory contains many Spice models that I have found on various ftp
sites in the world. There is no guarantee that any model will work on all
Spice variants (e.g Spice2, Spice3, PSPICE etc). As far as I know, the models
are all freely available with no restrictions. Please let me know if this is
not the case. I'd also gladly welcome additions to the collection.

The files are all compressed tar files. Most have been renamed to fit the
stupid MS-DOS naming conventions -- this is not a Unix box. The following
table shows the DOS name, the real Unix name, and a description.

The file models.lst contains the names of all the models in this directory.
