	UPLOADING: If you want to upload stuff into /pub/sci, put it into
	/pub/sci/incoming (write permission for everybody). Note that
	after you have put the stuff there, you can not see it in a
	directory listing, i.e. the directory seems to be empty.
	After uploading, you should send a message to sci-adm@nic.funet.fi
