Subject: src for subsumption/multithreading lib

This is release 1.00 of the Subsumption / Multithreading C library.  Uudecode
this file to create subsump.tar. "tar -xf subsump.tar" creates a subdirectory
called package.  You should read the file package.txt first.  This should go 
to some FTP sites soon (and please by all means put this up on FTP sites).
